Constelaciones empresariales
Origen

-

Organizational configurations or constellations are a method to access subconscious information about the organization and its hidden dynamics and patterns.
It allows us to better understand the complexity of the different interrelations and the tensions between each system element.
Organizational configuration is a practical tool to find solutions in a complex and ambiguous reality. It enables us to understand our business or organization as a system to create real and sustainable change.
Basic Axiomas in systemic thinking we use:
Interconnectedness
Synthesis
Circular
¿Donde las aplico?
We can use this methodology in every human system. All humans have multiple roles in their lives and their organizations. This technique allows us to understand how all of these interrelations work and where we are mixing dynamics.
It is also useful to apply this in organizational decisions. For example, if we want to implement a new process or product, but Finance is struggling with budget and Marketing needs to invest in promotions. And maybe we had a past failure where the company had to let people go.
How are all of these dynamics interacting to create the current conflict?
This method works with an individual, a team, functional areas, or the organization itself:
-
An employee experiencing performance problems.
-
A team that has a conflict between the members.
-
A functional department that is not reaching its goals.
-
An organization that is not sure of its relationship with the community or its purpose in society.

Imagine that each of these roles pull him in a specific direction. Some might even be opposite. No wonder it is so difficult to make a decision or to find ourselves in conflict with others.
Now imagine trying to manage everyone's expectations to create synergy in the workplace. Or trying to make a decision that would make everyone happy.
